Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install software?
No. Signal works in the browser for desktop and through a web app for drivers on mobile. Nothing to install.
Do my customers have to pay to access the portal?
No. The partner portal is included: you invite your customers, principals, shippers and recipients, who follow the transports that concern them free of charge.
Does the eCMR have legal value?
Yes. The electronic signature is based on a solid protocol (hash, GPS coordinates, IP address, timestamp, tracing of each action) which is binding in the event of a dispute. You can also export a CMR paper.
Can we limit what each user sees?
Yes. Five types of access (administrator, operation, driver, view only, partner) and rights adjustable by the administrator, including document visibility.
Do you handle ADR goods?
Yes, with the archiving of transport of dangerous goods and the management of associated documents and authorizations.
Where is my data hosted?
In France, in accordance with RGPD.
