Real-time transport tracking
Real-time tracking is the ability to know the status of each transport at any time, without making a call or waiting for a return from a tour. In road transport, field information is often reported at the end of the day, or even the next day — when the customer has already called three times.
With Signal, tracking is done without additional input: it is the driver, by signing the loading then the delivery, who advances the status of the transport. How is the status of a transport updated?

Is on-map GPS tracking available?
Status tracking, powered by driver signatures, is available from the start. The live GPS point and the tracking map arrive next, for vehicles equipped with a compatible device.
Is special equipment required to monitor transport?
No, not for status tracking: it relies on the driver application, which works on a simple phone. Only GPS tracking on map (coming soon) will require compatible equipment.
Do partners see all my transports?
No. Each partner only sees the transports that concern them, according to their role (customer, principal, sender, recipient). You maintain control over what is shared.
Is real-time tracking included from the start?
