Pricing Questions
How are your packages constructed?
Our offers are clear packages, based on the number of internal users (drivers, operations, admin). No complicated calculations: you choose the formula adapted to the size of your team. And your customers' access is always unlimited and free.
Are customer access really free?
Yes. Offering a tracking portal to your order givers never costs you a cent more, on all our paid offers. This is our difference from the TMS who charge for each access.
Does the free trial also apply to the free tier?
Yes. Even if you create a free account, you get a full month with all Business features. At the end of the trial, you can keep Business at a reduced rate, choose a higher plan, or stay on the free plan.
What happens to my data if I stay free after the trial?
Your data is never deleted. If you remain on the free offer after the trial and you have exceeded its limits, the excess records (transport, contacts, etc.) are simply hidden: only the first records, within the limit of the free plan, remain accessible. Everything reappears as soon as you upgrade.
What happens if my team exceeds the included users?
You can add internal users at any time (+12 €/month per user, at a decreasing rate), or upgrade to the higher offer if it is more advantageous. For a large workforce, contact our sales team: we offer preferential rates.
What is the difference between Pro and Business?
The Pro solves the urgent: eCMR, database, driver application and customer portal. Business adds growth and cash flow levers: invoicing, real-time monitoring and customer notifications, due date alerts (permits, FCO) and employee document management.
Is there a commitment?
The subscription is annual, billed once a year, and renews automatically. No multi-year commitment, no installation fees. The free offer remains non-binding.
What happens in the event of non-payment?
In the event of a payment failure, we will automatically follow up with you. Without regularization, access is suspended after one week — without any loss of your data, which you find upon regularization.
Is eCMR included at no extra cost?
Yes, from the Pro offer: eCMR, audit trail, driver and customer signatures, and legal archiving are included, without billing per document — unlike many solutions on the market.
How long are my eCMR stored?
Your eCMR are archived for the applicable legal period: at least 2 years in France, and up to 6 years for international transport.
Are the prices excluding taxes?
The prices displayed are excluding taxes. Applicable VAT is added to your invoice depending on your country.
